Tranquila Spa 

Tranquila Spa is an award-winning spa located at Aquila Private Game Reserve, around two hours from Cape Town City Centre. One&Only Spa

Angsana Spa

Angsana Spa at the Vineyard Hotel in Newlands makes the perfect sanctuary for travellers who want some pamper time in a gorgeous, tranquil setting. Featuring 10 lavish spa rooms and a specially equipped Rainmist room, the space is designed to ensure that guests feel refreshed and revitalised.

Babylonstoren Garden Spa

Babylonstoren is one of the oldest Cape Dutch farms set at the foot of Simonsberg in the Franschhoek Wine Valley. Ubuntu Wellness Centre at Medi-Spa

This holistic treatment centre is home to a range of wellness treatments, including massages, Reiki, sound therapy and reflexology. The centre is one of the few places in South Africa to offer floatation hydrotherapy, a unique relaxation environment that assists with alleviating anxiety, fears, habits and addictions.

Big on giving back to the community, Ubuntu trains women from disadvantaged communities to learn and develop their skills within the wellness space. Popular treatments include the CBD full body massage and the Reiki healing treatment. 

Sapphire Spa

Sapphire Spa, located at O on Kloof Boutique Hotel & Spa, aims to ensure travellers “make beauty and health a lifestyle”. 

They achieve this through a series of relaxing and soothing treatments in a glorious setting. The spa offers everything from massages, waxing, manis and pedis and even a bespoke experiences for couples. Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, pedicure stations and couples’ rooms. Packages are available if you want a full day of pampering.

Spa at The Twelve Apostles Hotel

The spa at The Twelve Apostles Hotel offers a cocoon of wellness and rejuvenation, with some of the most striking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Hailed as one of Cape Town’s best luxury spas, guests can indulge in massages like hot stone and Thai or one of their signature experiences like The Mountain Serenade and The Apostles Touch.

Spa at Cape Grace

The award-winning Cape Grace spa provides an “oasis of tranquility” to revilitalise the body and soul. The spa features a range of treatments, from massages to facials and anti-ageing and skin rejuvenation.

The spa is currently closed for renovations and will reopen in December 2023.

Librisa Spa

Librisa Spa provides guests with an African spa experience using state-of-the-art spa techniques to invigorate, nourish and heal. Visitors can choose from a wide range of face and body treatments in one of eight spacious rooms housed in three late-Victorian buildings.

The Radisson Blu Hotel at the Waterfront provides an idyllic setting for the Amani Spa.
